Welcome to the Guys in Pink

Breast cancer is, of course, most commonly diagnosed in women, but very few men know that men can also develop this disease. Everyone — adults and adolescents alike— has breast tissue, even though men’s breasts are less prominent. Breast cancer is virtually unheard of in adolescents.

Breast cancer in men is similar to the disease in women. The majority of breast cancer cases diagnosed in men are ductal carcinomas, which originate in the cells of the milk ducts.

Less than 1% of all breast cancer cases occur in men.

This page is intended for men who are affected by this disease and share our experience.

We’d like to talk with you about paddling in dragon boats and outrigger canoes, which are a great way to cope after diagnosis and treatment.
